Zaarefolks Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Zaarefolks. Here is our return policy to ensure a smooth and transparent process for your order.
Our return policy lasts for 14 days after you receive your order.

You can apply for a refund for the following reasons:

You received the wrong basket(s).
Your basket(s) was damaged during shipping.
Your basket(s) was defective, or we missed a defect before shipping.
For damage claims, please send a high-quality photo of the damaged basket(s) and each of sides of the shipping packaging within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once we confirm the damage was caused during shipping or before, we can start the return process. However, Zaarefolks may offer an alternative solution that could be quicker and more satisfying than a refund.

To complete your return, you need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Zaarefolks will cover the cost of return shipping for damaged or incorrect basket(s) sent back to our location in Bolgatanga, Ghana.

No Refunds For:
Damage to your basket(s) after delivery.
Claims made more than 14 days after delivery.
Custom Orders:
For custom orders, we will send photos of the basket(s) to you for approval before shipping. Once you approve the photos, the basket(s) will be shipped. Therefore, custom orders cannot be returned unless they are damaged during shipping.

If your refund is approved after exploring other solutions, we will process it within 5 business days. The refund will be applied to your credit card or original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund after 5 days of approval:

Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to be posted.
Contact your bank, as there might be processing time.
If you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@zaarefolks.com.

Additional Tips:
Packaging: Keep the original packaging intact as much as possible when sending back the basket(s).
Communication: Clearly communicate any issues with your order as soon as possible to ensure a swift resolution.
Documentation: Document all communications and keep records of your transactions for reference.
Custom Orders: Note that custom-made baskets might have specific return conditions; please check with us directly for details.
